The above and below terms and conditions (the “Terms”), as maybe modified, apply to the Zalat Free Pizza Plan (the “Program”). By submitting a request to join the Program, or otherwise participating in the Program, you agree to be bound by these Terms and all other applicable Zalat terms and conditions, as updated by Zalat in the future.
Who is Eligible to Participate?
Zalat customers, consultants, investors, off-duty Zalat restaurant employees, Zalat corporate employees, and all KROGER employees who refer NEW customers to Zalat Pizza through the Program are eligible to participate.
Who is Not Eligible to Participate?
· On-duty Zalat Pizza restaurant employees are not eligible to participate in the Program.
· Any person that Zalat suspects of abuse, fraud or otherwise gaming the system, in our sole discretion.
Other Conditions
· Zalat reserves the right to modify these Terms or terminate the Program at any time, in its sole discretion, without notice, however, we will employ commercially reasonable efforts to post a notice on our website.
· The loyalty credits granted herein have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash.
· Unused loyalty credits earned through the Referral Program may be modified in value or voided altogether by Zalat in its sole discretion at any time for any reason.
· In the event of a dispute between you and Zalat related to the Program (a “Dispute”), you hereby hold Zalat and its employees, officers, directors, consultants, vendors, and Zalat customers, harmless from all actions and liability related to the Program. You also waive your right to seek judicial remedies in a court of law related to any Dispute and agree to bound by all Zalat decisions related to the Program.
