How Spirit Night works

Submit your request at least 14 calendar days before your preferred date. Requests are reviewed individually, and submitting this form does not guarantee approval, availability, or a reservation.

Choose an open DFW or Austin restaurant and provide at least two Monday–Thursday date options.

Get approved

Zalat confirms a four-hour promotional window and provides a unique promo code in writing.

Share the code

Eligible coded orders placed throughout the approved calendar date, measured in Central Time, count toward the fundraiser.

Reward tiers

There is no minimum qualifying-sales requirement.

Qualifying sales are the net merchandise subtotal after discounts, refunds, and voids. Taxes, tips, delivery or service fees, and gift-card purchases are excluded.

Important program terms

  • Spirit Nights are scheduled Monday through Thursday with one approved four-hour promotional window.
  • An organization may hold one approved Zalat Spirit Night per calendar quarter.
  • Do not announce or promote an event until Zalat sends written approval and an approved promo code.
  • Monetary donations are generally targeted for processing about 30 days after results and required payment information are finalized. Timing can vary and may take longer.

The promo code is required at checkout

Only eligible orders placed through ZalatPizza.com or the official Zalat Pizza app count. The fundraiser promo code must be entered and accepted during checkout. Third-party orders and orders placed without the code cannot be credited afterward.
